JUSTICE SEEKERS WANTED

An urgent need exists to protect the public interest, courts, and legal profession from attorneys who violate the public trust -- starting with The State Bar of California staff and leadership.  Your volunteer or pro bono services are humbly sought for the following:

• Petition to United States Congress on behalf of persons harmed by The State Bar of California's protectionist behavior;

• Interface with United States Department of Justice Public Integrity Section to report corruption of California Courts & State Bar;

• Litigation calendar management; discovery management; motion practice (review/edit/comment); and trial preparation.   

• Expertise in US 42 U.S. Code § 1983 - Civil action for deprivation of rights; Government Claims Act; lobbying; ethics; securities; and constitutional law.

• Volunteer organization and management;

• Propose and promote legislation this session (ends 8/31) to overhaul The State Bar of California's attorney research, communications, intake, investigation functions. (Legislation Team);
